Single Layer Foil Coil Winding Machine For 2500KVA Capacity Dry Type Transformer BRJ1400 is mainly used to wind dry type transformer foil coil. This kind of foil winding machine can handle one layer of copper or aluminium foil and one or two layers of insulation material, such as insulation paper. The max width of the conductor foil is 1400mm. The welding unit is TIG, with winder and water cooler. The foil is cut by a rolling shear, and the foil alignment is adjusted by a photoelectric sensor. Moreover, this machine can be manufactured as requested. For example, the foil decoiler is for conductor foil with inner diameter 500mm, if the conductor foil with different inner diameter is used, the expanding range of the foil decoiler can be mended as per the inner diameter of the conductor foil. If the foil thickness is too large, such as 4.0mm, this need use bigger motor to drive. Therefore, just know your needs, the machine meeting your needs can be provided.
